High-Flow Air Filter Design

This DNA filter uses a Round Design developed for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 411. Its washable and reusable construction allows it to serve as a replacement for the existing factory air filter.

Moreover, the filter uses four layers of DNA Cotton and achieves 98-99% filtering efficiency. This combination provides high filtration while allowing increased airflow through the filter.

Airflow Performance

The DNA filter delivers 94.78 CFM of airflow at 1.5″ H2O, corrected at 25°C. In comparison, the Royal Enfield stock paper filter delivers 71.64 CFM under the same test conditions.

As a result, the DNA filter provides a measured 32.31% increase in airflow over the stock paper filter.

Easy Installation

Installation is straightforward. Simply follow the installation instructions provided in the workshop manual.

Because the filter is designed as a replacement for the factory air filter, it fits within the existing air box setup. Therefore, riders can upgrade the filter without replacing the complete air box.

Road & Off-Road Use
