Performance Upgrade for the Street Triple 765

The SC Project 3-1 Stainless Steel Full Exhaust System with S1 Stainless Steel Exhaust is designed for the Triumph Street Triple 765 (2024-26). Developed from SC Project’s Moto2 World Championship experience, this system focuses on performance, weight reduction, sound, and aggressive styling. Significant Weight Reduction

The complete system reduces weight by 5.6 kg compared with the original exhaust. The SC Project system weighs 4.0 kg, while the OEM system weighs 9.6 kg. This reduction represents more than 55% less weight than the original system. As a result, the exhaust helps improve the overall agility of the Triumph Street Triple 765.

The 3-1 configuration combines the stainless steel headers with the S1 silencer. SC Project uses SAE 304 stainless steel throughout the body and headers. This material provides a strong and durable construction for the exhaust system.

Aggressive S1 Design and Signature Sound

The S1 silencer adds an aggressive yet refined appearance to the Street Triple 765. Its conical shape complements the motorcycle’s sporty design while delivering the distinctive SC Project sound.

The removable dB-killer gives riders the option to adjust the exhaust sound. With the dB-killer installed, the system produces 110 dB at 5,400 rpm. Without the dB-killer, the measured sound level reaches 114 dB at the same engine speed.

High-Quality Construction

SC Project manufactures the exhaust using advanced production techniques. The system features handcrafted TIG welds and internal bushings CNC machined from solid blocks. An exclusive riveted aluminium plate with the SC Project logo completes the S1 silencer.

The carbon fibre end cap adds a premium finishing detail to the stainless steel silencer. Furthermore, the system remains compatible with the original belly pan.

Racing Use and Installation

This exhaust system is designed for racing use only. The installation is 100% plug and play. However, ECU remapping is recommended to achieve the best performance.

For the 2024-26 Street Triple 765, removing the catalytic converter can cause the ECU to generate an error. SC Project strongly recommends using the ECR+ Electronic Catalytic Remover with this kit. The ECR+ connects to the OBD socket and manages the error caused by catalytic converter removal.

It also features an LED status indicator and an OBD cable splitter. This allows another device to remain connected to the OBD system.
