DNA Advanced FCd Design

The DNA Air Filter for KTM Duke 390 (2024-25) features DNA’s advanced FCd (Full Contour design). This design allows the filtering material to follow the contour of the air box. It also uses the complete air box surface as the active filtering area.

As a result, the design eliminates dead spots that can cause turbulence. Therefore, the filter supports increased airflow and high filtering efficiency.

High Filtration Efficiency

The filter uses 4 layers of DNA Cotton to provide 98-99% filtering efficiency according to ISO 5011. This means the filter can retain 98-99 grams of dirt for every 100 grams it receives.

Furthermore, the filtration performance applies even to fine dirt particles as small as 5 microns. The filter therefore combines high airflow with strong filtration performance.

Pre-Oiled and Reusable Filter

DNA supplies this filter pre-oiled from the factory. The correct amount of DNA oil is applied individually to each filter.

The filter also offers a washable and reusable design. This makes it a practical replacement for the factory air filter while keeping the existing air box.

Increased Air Flow

The DNA filter provides 41.60% more airflow than the stock filter. Its measured airflow reaches 102.70 CFM, compared with 72.53 CFM for the stock filter.

The airflow figures are measured at 1.5″ H2O, corrected at 25 degrees Celsius.
