Performance and Weight Reduction

SC-Project developed the SC1-S full exhaust system using experience gained in the Moto2 World Championship. The 3-1 system focuses on performance and weight reduction for the Triumph Street Triple 765.

The exhaust delivers +5.0 hp at 10500 rpm and +3.5 Nm at 10500 rpm. These performance figures come with the dB-killer removed. In addition, the system saves 4.8 kg compared with the original exhaust. The SC system weighs 3.4 kg, while the OEM system weighs 9.6 kg.

Carbon Fibre SC1-S Muffler

The SC1-S muffler uses carbon fibre for its body and end cap. Its headers use SAE 304 stainless steel for resistance and durability. The system also features a riveted aluminium plate with the SC-Project logo.

The muffler combines an elegant body with a sporty design. Its asymmetric rhomboidal outlet adds a distinctive detail to the overall appearance. The kit also includes a high-quality carbon fibre heat shield.

Removable dB-Killer and Sound

The SC1-S includes a removable baffle. This gives the exhaust two sound configurations. With the dB-killer installed, the system records 104 dB at 5400 rpm. Without the dB-killer, it records 108 dB at the same engine speed.

The SC-Project design focuses on the spectacular sound of the Triumph Street Triple 765. The system produces the strong and deep notes associated with the SC-Project signature sound.

Racing System and ECR Device

The SC Project SC1-S full system exhaust for Street Triple 765 (24-26) is marked FOR RACING USE ONLY. It includes a lambda probe and uses bracket mounting.

Installation is 100% plug and play. However, the installation of the ECR device is necessary to prevent the check engine light or other failures caused by removing the catalytic converter.

The SC-Project ECR+ Electronic Catalytic Remover manages the removal of the catalytic converter. It connects to the OBD socket and features an LED light that indicates its operating status. It also includes an OBD cable splitter. The exhaust remains compatible with the original belly pan.

The system fits the R A2, R, RS, RX and Moto2™ Edition versions.
