Designed for Aprilia RS 457

The SC Project Electronic Catalytic(ECR) Remover for Aprilia RS 457 (2024-26) is purpose-built for the Aprilia RS 457. It is suitable for Euro 5+ models equipped with de-cat systems.

When the catalytic converter is removed, the motorcycle may generate ECU error codes. Therefore, this electronic module provides a dedicated solution for managing those errors and maintaining proper electronic system functionality.

Plug-and-Play Installation

Installation remains simple because the ECR connects directly to the OBD socket. It requires no modifications or technical tuning.

Moreover, the installation is fully reversible. This makes the system convenient for riders who may want to return the motorcycle to its original configuration later.

Automated ECU Management

The ECR provides automated electronic management after catalytic converter removal. Once connected, it helps restore the correct functionality of the motorcycle’s on-board electronic system.

As a result, the module helps prevent fault codes associated with catalytic converter removal. It also integrates with the RS 457’s engine management system without requiring manual ECU adjustments.

Compact and Durable Construction

The SC Project Electronic Catalytic(ECR) Remover features a compact and lightweight housing. Its construction is designed to tolerate heat, vibration, and exposure within the exhaust system environment.

Therefore, the module can handle the demanding conditions associated with motorcycle exhaust-system applications. Its compact design also makes it practical for installation without unnecessary bulk.

Maintains Electronic Functionality

The ECR focuses on electronic integration rather than mechanical modification. It works with the RS 457’s engine management system to help maintain proper diagnostic functionality after catalytic converter removal.

In addition, the system is designed to operate without triggering the specified ECU fault codes. This makes it a useful electronic accessory for compatible de-cat exhaust setups.

Performance and Sound Considerations

Removing the catalytic converter can change the exhaust flow characteristics of the motorcycle. According to the supplied information, this freer exhaust flow can contribute to smoother throttle response, increased horsepower and torque, and a more dynamic riding feel.

Additionally, catalytic converter removal can produce a deeper and more aggressive exhaust tone. These changes can be particularly noticeable at higher engine speeds.

Why Choose the SC Project ECR Remover?

The SC Project Electronic Catalytic(ECR) Remover for Aprilia RS 457 (2024-26) provides a straightforward electronic solution for riders using compatible de-cat exhaust systems.

It combines plug-and-play installation with automated ECU management. Furthermore, its compact construction and reversible installation make it convenient for compatible applications.

Important Compliance Information

Catalytic converter removal may not comply with emissions or noise regulations in every region. Therefore, always check the applicable local regulations before installing or using a de-cat exhaust system and catalytic remover.
