Evotech Performance designs its Evo levers using advanced design software and practical riding experience. Both lever blades are shorter than their original equipment (OE) equivalents. This compact design is commonly known as a two-finger lever setup.

Each lever offers approximately 55 mm of usable width, allowing space for two gloved fingers. Moreover, the shorter profile helps reduce the chance of a lever contacting a solid object during a drop or impact.

Deeply radiused edges run along each lever blade. These ergonomic contours support a comfortable feel and a refined appearance. A safeguard snap-point at each lever’s ball end adds another thoughtful design detail.

Six-Position Reach Adjustment

The Evo Short Clutch and Brake Lever Set features a six-position span adjuster on both levers. This adjustment helps riders tailor lever reach to their hand size and finger length.

The anodised adjusters offer a durable finish, while machined indents clearly show the selected position. The typical adjustment range measures approximately 17 mm, with a tolerance of ±1 mm at the lever midpoint.

As a result, riders can choose a lever position that feels more natural. However, always confirm that the clutch and brake operate correctly at the selected setting.

Billet Aluminium Construction

Evotech Performance machines the lever blades and bracket mount unions from billet aluminium. This construction delivers precise component geometry and a premium finish.

Additionally, scalloped machining on the rear of each lever helps reduce weight while retaining strength. CNC-machined bracket mount unions support a precise installation of the motorcycle’s original equipment components.

The set also uses CNC-machined stainless steel clevis pins and retaining clips. Where supplied, the hardware includes a piston adjustment screw or barrel and a tension-retaining spring.

Premium Finish and Customisation

Both lever blades and bracket mount unions feature a durable black anodised finish. Red anodised span adjusters add a contrasting accent to the design.
