- CNC-Machined Mounting Brackets: The main frame mounts and spacers are precision-machined from graded aluminum alloy using CNC technology. This process ensures a perfect, bespoke fit to the S1000 XR’s chassis.
- Integration with Auxiliary Lighting: A unique technical feature of some versions of the Evotech kit is the ability to also serve as a mounting platform for the genuine BMW Motorrad Nano LED Headlight system.

The EP Crash Protection for MY20 S 1000 XR (K69) is a bespoke product and utilises original chassis mounting points for fitment – no chassis modifications are required. S 1000 XR owners who wish to use the genuine BMW Motorrad *accessory lighting system will be able to fit them directly to the EP Crash Protection, which means they now have the best of both worlds – EP crash protection and a durable lighting platform.
