Rear Spindle Bobbins for Triumph Street Triple 765

Evotech designed these rear spindle bobbins for the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS. The system combines injection-moulded nylon bobbins with aluminium support to provide protection for key components around the rear wheel.

The bobbins sit on either side of the rear wheel and connect through the rear wheel spindle and swing arm. As a result, the design positions the bobbins outside the wheel on both sides. Should an incident occur, they aim to take the impact first and help reduce expensive damage.

Nylon Bobbins with Aluminium Support

The main bobbins use injection-moulded nylon and feature a matt black finish. Inside, an aluminium inner reinforces each bobbin. This combination creates the supplied construction for the Evotech Rear Spindle Bobbins.

Furthermore, Evotech uses a rolled-thread stainless steel spindle rod to mount the bobbins through the rear wheel spindle and swing arm. The components work together as part of the rear spindle crash protection system.

Protection Around the Rear Wheel

The Evotech Rear Spindle Bobbins are designed to protect the brake calipers, sprocket carriers and swing arm of your Triumph. Because the bobbins project from both sides of the rear wheel, they aim to receive the initial impact if an incident occurs.

Meanwhile, the nylon bobbins can rotate above the aluminium core. This movement can reduce stress and wear placed on the wheel. Therefore, the design combines the nylon bobbin with the aluminium support while allowing the bobbin to rotate.

Swift and Simple Installation

Installation is swift and simple. The bobbins mount through the rear wheel spindle and swing arm, creating the connection between the nylon bobbins, aluminium support and stainless steel spindle rod.
