The SC Project 3-1 Stainless steel full exhaust system, with SC1-S carbon fibre exhaust for Street Triple 765 (23-24) brings Moto2 experience to the Triumph Street Triple 765 R – RS. This 3-1 full exhaust system combines SAE 304 stainless steel headers with an SC1-S carbon fibre silencer, delivering a claimed +5.0 hp at 10500 rpm and +3.5 Nm at 10500 rpm. SC1-S Full Exhaust Design
SC-Project developed the SC1-S full exhaust system using experience gained in the Moto2 World Championship. The system focuses on performance, agility and the sound of the three-cylinder Triumph Street Triple 765 R – RS.
The 3-1 layout uses SAE 304 stainless steel headers, while the SC1-S silencer features a carbon fibre body and carbon fibre end cap. The silencer also carries an exclusive riveted aluminium plate with the SC-Project logo.
Weight Reduction and Performance
The complete system weighs 3.4 kg, compared with 9.6 kg for the OEM exhaust. As a result, the system reduces weight by 4.8 kg, representing a reduction of over 50% compared with the OEM exhaust system.
Furthermore, the supplied performance data records a gain of +5.0 hp at 10500 rpm and +3.5 Nm at 10500 rpm. These figures are registered without the dB-killer.
Removable dB-Killer
The SC1-S silencer includes a removable dB-killer, giving riders two sound configurations. With the dB-killer installed, the system records 104 dB at 5400 rpm. Without it, the recorded level rises to 108 dB at 5400 rpm.
The technical specification lists the exhaust as for racing use only.
Carbon Fibre Silencer and Heat Shield
The SC1-S carbon fibre silencer combines a sporty design with an asymmetric rhomboidal outlet shape. The kit also includes a high-quality carbon fibre heat shield. In addition, the system remains compatible with the original belly pan.
Installation and Lambda Probe
The system uses a bracket mounting type and includes a single lambda probe. Installation is 100% plug and play. ECU remapping is recommended to achieve the best performance.
