The SC Project 3-1 Stainless Steel Full System with SC1-X Carbon Fibre Exhaust for Street Triple 765 (2024-26) is a street-legal full exhaust system developed for the Triumph Street Triple 765. 3-1 Full Exhaust System

This SC-Project system uses an AISI 304 stainless steel construction for the headers and a bracket mounting system. The full exhaust follows a 3-1 configuration and has been developed specifically for the Street Triple 765.

SC-Project focused on combining technical experience, build quality, sound, performance, and design within this system. As a result, the exhaust delivers a distinctive SC-Project sound signature while also providing the stated improvements in power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range.

Lightweight Construction

The SC Project 3-1 Stainless Steel Full System with SC1-X Carbon Fibre Exhaust for Street Triple 765 (2024-26) reduces weight by 2.3 kg compared with the OEM exhaust system. The SC-Project system weighs 7.3 kg, while the OEM system weighs 9.6 kg.

This significant weight reduction contributes to the stated improvement in the agility of the Street Triple 765. The stainless steel construction provides the foundation for the full system, while the carbon fibre SC1-X silencer keeps the overall design focused and distinctive.

SC1-X Carbon Fibre Silencer

The SC1-X silencer completes the design with a high-quality carbon fibre body and carbon fibre end cap. Its sharp-edged end cap and asymmetrical outlet create a distinctive appearance that complements the Street Triple styling.

Furthermore, precision TIG welding forms part of the exhaust construction. An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with a 3D-embossed SC-Project logo adds another design detail, matching the plates used by the SC-Project Racing Department.

Euro 5+ Street Legal System

This full exhaust system has EC/ECE type approval and is street legal under Euro 5+ regulations. It is compatible with the R A2, R, RS, RX, and Moto2™ Edition versions of the Street Triple 765.

Installation is completely plug and play and fully reversible. ECU remapping is not necessary, while the kit also includes a specific carbon fibre heat shield.
