Significant Power and Torque Gains

This 3-1 full exhaust system delivers a claimed +6 hp at 10,500 rpm and +4 Nm at 10,500 rpm. It also improves power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range. As a result, the Street Triple 765 R/RS gets a stronger performance character while maintaining the aggressive nature of its three-cylinder engine.

Moreover, the system reduces weight by 5.6 kg compared with the OEM exhaust. The SC-Project system weighs 4.0 kg, while the original exhaust weighs 9.6 kg. This substantial reduction helps improve the overall agility of the motorcycle.

S1 Silencer with Aggressive Styling

The system features the distinctive S1 silencer, which combines an aggressive shape with an elegant design. The conical silencer complements the styling of the Street Triple 765 R/RS while adding the unmistakable SC-Project racing character.

A carbon fibre end cap further enhances the appearance. In addition, the exclusive riveted aluminium SC-Project logo plate adds a premium finishing detail to the silencer.

Deep and Powerful SC-Project Sound

The S1 silencer produces strong and deep exhaust notes that deliver the signature SC-Project sound. Furthermore, the removable dB-killer lets you choose between two sound configurations.

With the dB-killer installed, the system records 110 dB at 5,400 rpm. Without the dB-killer, the sound level reaches 114 dB at 5,400 rpm. This gives riders the option to adjust the exhaust character according to their preference.

304 Stainless Steel Construction

SC-Project manufactures the complete system from SAE 304 stainless steel. The same material forms both the exhaust body and headers, providing resistance and durability.

The system also uses advanced production techniques, including handcrafted TIG welds and CNC-machined internal bushings. These manufacturing processes reflect SC-Project’s focus on precise construction and high-quality components.

Plug-and-Play Installation

The exhaust system offers a 100% plug-and-play installation, making fitting straightforward. It also remains compatible with the original belly pan.

A single lambda probe is included, while the removable dB-killer provides additional sound adjustment. However, the system is designed for racing use only. SC-Project recommends ECU remapping to achieve the best possible performance from the exhaust system.
