SC Project SC1-S Carbon exhaust 3-1 stainless steel full system for Street Triple 765 RS (2024-2025)

The SC1-S refers to the carbon-fiber muffler positioned at the end of the exhaust system. Made from lightweight carbon fiber, it not only enhances the visual appeal of the bike but also significantly reduces weight. This reduction directly improves handling and maneuverability, especially during high-performance riding where every gram matters. The material’s strength and lightness ensure long-lasting durability without sacrificing performance.

With its matte carbon finish, the SC1-S muffler adds a modern, aggressive look that perfectly complements the Triumph Street Triple 765 RS. The carbon-fiber end cap reinforces the system’s race-inspired design, delivering both function and visual impact.

The headers use AISI 304 stainless steel, known for its excellent durability and heat resistance. Riders can choose the SC1-S muffler in titanium or carbon fibre, both featuring a riveted aluminium plate engraved with the SC-Project logo, offering a premium, customized feel.

The muffler’s asymmetric rhomboidal shape creates a distinctive balance between elegant design and aggressive performance styling. A high-quality carbon fiber heat shield comes included, and installation is completely plug-and-play.

SC-Project also recommends adding the ECR (Electronic Catalytic Remover). Removing the catalytic converter may trigger an ECU error. The ECR plugs into the OBD socket and automatically manages this, restoring proper system function without manual reprogramming.
