SC1-X carbon fibre exhaust Ninja 500 (2024 – 2026)

Kawasaki’s  Ninja 500 is one of the top lightweight sportbikes on the market. The SC-Project SC1-X muffler improves its lightness , while supplying a unique sound and advanced technology.

Credit to the high quality carbon fibre silencer’s body, this product gives a significant weight reduction of over 45% (if compared to OEM exhaust), while going to next level the performance of the engine by a maximum of 1.2 horse power and 1.0 Nm of torque at 8900 rpm, together with a stable upgradation of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

This muffler gives a deeper and more aggressive sound, upgrading the charm of your bike with a deep and unique tone.

The Draft of this silencer stands out for its refined and sporty character: the handcrafted TIG weldings, the sharp-edged carbon fibre end cap and the asymmetrical outlet excellently match the style of the Ninja 500.

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate with 3D-embossed SC-Project logo completes the silencer body, identical to those used in our Racing Department components.

The kit comes with a carbon fibre heat shield to give an ever more distinctive and aggressive show case.

Installation is plug-and-play, with no need for ECU remapping.
