An anodised adjuster on each lever controls the span. Machined indents clearly indicate the selected position. The typical adjustment range is 17 mm, with a tolerance of plus or minus 1 mm, measured at the midpoint of each lever. This flexibility helps you find a more comfortable control position.

Folding Mechanism for Added Protection

Each EP Evo lever features a pivot mechanism that allows the lever blade to fold upwards when it contacts a solid object. This design helps reduce the chance of breakage during an impact or accidental drop. After the obstruction is removed, you can manually return the lever to its original position.

A tensioned spring and bearing hold each lever firmly in place during normal use. This mechanism helps prevent accidental movement under the rider’s hand while allowing the lever to pivot when needed. Billet Aluminium Construction and Precision Machining

Evotech Performance manufactures the lever blades and bracket mount unions from billet aluminium. Scalloped machining on the rear of each lever reduces weight while retaining strength. CNC-machined bracket mount unions also support a precise fit with original equipment components.

The set uses CNC-machined stainless steel clevis pins and retaining clips. Where supplied, the kit also includes a piston adjustment screw or barrel and a tension-retaining spring. The lever ball-end dimensions meet statutory requirements.

Premium Finish and Customisation Options

The lever blades and bracket mount unions feature a durable black anodised finish. Red anodised span adjusters add a contrasting detail to the design. Alternative adjuster colours are available through the Evotech Performance accessories range, including green, silver, blue, black, gold, orange and titanium.
