Bespoke Rear-Mounted Design

Evotech designed this crash protection specifically for the Ducati XDiavel V4. The system uses Ducati’s optional rear footpeg attachment points to mount the Evotech Crash Bobbins.

The crash protection extends from the motorcycle, aiming to reduce damage should an unexpected incident occur. Furthermore, the bespoke design provides a strong yet stylish addition to the cruiser-style Ducati XDiavel V4.

60mm Evotech Crash Bobbins

The kit features large 60mm diameter Evotech Crash Bobbins. Each crash bobbin uses a nylon polymer outer with a strong aluminium core.

This combination brings together the specified materials within the crash protection system. As a result, the bobbins provide the key protective component that extends from the rear footpeg mounting points.

CNC-Machined Billet Aluminium Bracket

The mounting bracket is CNC-machined from billet aluminium. This precision-machined bracket connects the crash bobbins to the rear footpeg mounting points while maintaining the bespoke design created for the Ducati XDiavel V4.

In addition, the bracket receives a durable, textured black powder-coated finish. This creates a consistent appearance across the crash protection components.

Quality Fasteners and Easy Installation

Evotech includes 316 stainless steel fasteners with the kit. The crash protection also fits without requiring modifications to the motorcycle.

Because the system uses the optional rear footpeg attachment points, the Evotech Crash Bobbins can be quickly installed when those mounting points are available. The supplied components complete the rear-mounted setup.

Important Footpeg Position Note

Evotech has created bespoke crash protection for each of the two footpeg attachment points on the Ducati XDiavel V4. However, EP crash protection cannot be added to a position where footpegs are in place.

Therefore, check the position of the footpegs before ordering your preferred Evotech Crash Protection option. This Rear Mounted version uses the rear footpeg mounting points, while Evotech also offers a Front Mounted option for the other attachment position.
