Description
The SC-Project S1 Titanium Full System for the Aprilia RS 660 (2020-2024) is a high-performance exhaust system designed for racing and track use. This full system replaces the entire stock exhaust, from the headers to the muffler, to maximize performance and reduce weight. It features a stunning S1 muffler with a tapered conical body and a large exhaust outlet, crafted from a combination of high-grade titanium and carbon fiber for a lightweight and durable finish.
The system is designed to significantly improve the RS 660’s power and torque delivery, particularly at mid-to-high RPMs, by optimizing exhaust flow and back pressure. SC-Project engineers developed this system using a link pipe and header pipes made from ultra-lightweight, AISI 316L stainless steel. The system’s aggressive, deep sound is a hallmark of SC-Project’s racing heritage. While this specific model is a race-spec full system and is not homologated for road use, it represents the pinnacle of exhaust technology for track-focused riders looking to unlock their bike’s full potential.
