Performance and Weight Reduction
SC-Project developed this S1 full exhaust system from its experience in the Moto2 World Championship. The 3-1 system focuses on performance and weight reduction for the Triumph Street Triple 765.
It delivers +6 hp at 10500 rpm and +4 Nm at 10500 rpm. At the same time, the system reduces weight by 5.6 kg compared with the original exhaust. The SC system weighs 4.0 kg, while the OEM system weighs 9.6 kg.
Stainless Steel Construction
The exhaust system uses SAE 304 stainless steel for both the body and headers. SC-Project manufactures it with state-of-the-art technologies. The system features handcrafted TIG welds and CNC-machined internal bushings made from solid block.
The S1 silencer adds an aggressive yet elegant look to the full system. An exclusive riveted aluminium plate with the SC-Project logo completes the design. The end cap uses carbon fibre for a distinctive finish.
S1 Sound and Removable dB-Killer
The conical S1 silencer shape produces strong and deep notes with the distinctive SC-Project signature sound. The system also includes a removable dB-killer, giving riders two sound configurations.
With the dB-killer installed, the system records 110 dB at 5400 rpm. Without the dB-killer, it records 114 dB at the same engine speed.
Racing System and ECR Device
The SC Project S1 Full Exhaust system for Street Triple 765 (24-26) is marked FOR RACING USE ONLY. It includes a lambda probe and uses bracket mounting.
The supplied information states that installation is 100% plug and play. However, the installation of the ECR device is necessary to prevent the check engine light or other failures caused by catalytic converter removal.
