MotoGP and Moto2 Racing DNA

The CR-T muffler reflects the racing experience behind SC-Project products. This de-cat version focuses on the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R/RR (2026), combining performance, sound and visual appeal. Moreover, its 100% racing-oriented design gives the exhaust a distinctive character.

Ultralight Titanium Construction

The muffler uses ultralight titanium, while the de-cat link pipe also uses full titanium construction. The technical figures state a 5.9 kg weight reduction, with the SC exhaust weighing 1.2 kg compared with 7.1 kg for the OEM exhaust. SC-Project also describes the weight reduction as over 80% compared with the OEM exhaust.

Furthermore, the titanium construction supports the product’s racing-focused design. The exhaust uses a 70 mm inlet that SC-Project CNC machines entirely from titanium. Handcrafted TIG welds add to the detailed finish.

Power and Torque Gains

The supplied technical data lists a claimed +13.2 hp at 9500 rpm and +9.5 Nm at 9500 rpm. In addition, SC-Project states that the exhaust enhances power and torque delivery across the low and mid-range.

The CR-T produces 123 dB at 6500 rpm, with no dB-killer supplied. Its deep, aggressive tones further define the acoustic character of the four-cylinder Ninja.

Racing-Focused Details

An exclusive aluminium riveted plate features a 3D-embossed SC-Project logo, matching the style used on Racing Department components. Meanwhile, the titanium end cap complements the titanium muffler and link pipe.

The kit also includes a premium carbon fibre heat shield. This detail adds to the visual finish around the Ninja while maintaining the product’s racing-oriented character.

Plug and Play Installation

The supplied information describes the installation as completely plug and play and totally reversible. ECU remapping is recommended to obtain the best performance.

SC-Project also strongly recommends its ECR+ Electronic Catalytic Remover with this kit. Removing the catalytic converter could cause an ECU error. The ECR+ connects to the OBD socket and automatically manages the error.
