Lightweight Carbon Fibre Construction

The X-Plorer II uses carbon fibre for its muffler body and end cap. The complete SC exhaust weighs 2.8 kg, compared with 3.6 kg for the OEM exhaust.

Therefore, the system reduces weight by 0.8 kg. This reduction complements the lightweight character of the KTM 890 SMT.

Power and Torque Gains

The SC Project X-Plorer II carbon fibre exhaust provides a claimed +1.5 hp at 6,500 rpm. It also delivers +1.5 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
