Performance and Weight Reduction

SC-Project developed the S1 full exhaust system through experience gained in the Moto2 World Championship. The system uses a 3-1 full exhaust layout and focuses on performance and weight reduction for the Triumph Street Triple 765 R and RS.

The exhaust delivers +6 hp at 10500 rpm. It also produces +4 Nm of torque at the same 10500 rpm point. Furthermore, the system saves 5.6 kg compared with the original exhaust system.

Stainless Steel Construction

The system uses SAE 304 stainless steel for both the body and headers. This material forms the main construction of the full exhaust system.

SC-Project manufactures the system using state-of-the-art technologies. It features handcrafted TIG welds and CNC-machined internal bushings made from solid block. The S1 silencer also features an exclusive riveted aluminium plate with the SC-Project logo.

The end cap uses carbon fibre, adding another premium material to the exhaust design.

Aggressive S1 Sound

The S1 silencer features a conical shape that gives the full system an aggressive yet elegant appearance. Its design produces strong and deep notes with the distinctive SC-Project signature sound.

The system includes a removable dB-killer. With the dB-killer installed, the exhaust records 110 dB at 5400 rpm. Without the dB-killer, the recorded level rises to 114 dB at 5400 rpm.

Racing Specification

The SC Project S1 full exhaust system is marked FOR RACING USE ONLY. It includes a single lambda probe and uses bracket mounting.

The exhaust is also compatible with the original belly pan. Installation is 100% plug and play. ECU remapping is recommended to achieve the best performance.
